Q Guild and Q Butchers have become household names synonymous with quality meat retailing, a first point of call for discerning consumers.
There are seven regional groups across the country. Applicants for membership need to be approved at regional level before undergoing a stringent independent audit to ensure that business adheres to the quality and hygiene standards set by the Guild.
Grades are awarded for both quality and hygiene and only those achieving the highest grades are admitted to membership certificate.
After being admitted to membership a Q sign will be erected outside the shop to highlight the membership to the consumers. One of the best benefits of Q Guild membership is access to regional meetings.
