The overall supreme prize in the Guild’s 2007 Smithfield Awards has been won by a Christmas speciality lamb product from Buckwells of Southsea. (read more)
Judging has now taken place for the Smithfield Awards. Nearly 400 products from Q members throughout the UK were assessed by a panel of experts and the top category awards and overall supreme award will be presented by TV chef Paul Rankin in London in November.
